目的总结阴道透明细胞癌的临床特点及治疗方法。方法对３例阴道透明细胞癌病例进行回顾性分析。结果３例患者的母亲在妊娠期间及患者本人均无己烯雌酚接触史，并都在接受盆腔外照射及腔内铯疗后存活５年以上，其中２例已经无瘤生存１６年。结论阴道透明细胞癌预后较好，合理的放射治疗可以达到根治的目的 Objective To summarize the clinical features and treatment of vaginal clear cell carcinoma. Methods Three cases of vaginal clear cell carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: The mothers of the 3 patients had no history of exposure to diethylstilbestrol during pregnancy and the patient himself, and all had survived for more than 5 years after undergoing external pelvic irradiation and intraluminal fistula therapy. Two of them had been tumor-free for 16 years. Conclusion The prognosis of vaginal clear cell carcinoma is better, and reasonable radiation therapy can achieve the goal of radical cure.
