20世纪末,我国幼儿教育机构在实现社会化、探索多元化办园体制和办园模式过程中,出现了集团化办园的新模式。这些幼教集团充分利用人力资源,合理调配经费、物资,创设优质教育环境,提供优质教育服务,在社会上产生了较大的影响,集团自身也得到了不断的发展。从这些承办、联办、国有民办、个人举办等不同形式的幼教集团成功的管理实践中,我们发现,自我管理和文化模式是这些幼教集团管理上较为一致的特点,而这两个特点正体现了当代国际教育管理的发展趋势。
At the end of the twentieth century, the preschool education institutions in our country emerged a new model of group-run parks in the process of realizing socialization, exploring the diversified park-run system and running park mode. These kindergarten groups make full use of human resources, rationally allocate funds, materials, create a quality education environment and provide quality education services, which have had a great impact on the society. The Group itself has also been continuously developed. From the successful management practices of these different preschool education groups, such as contractors, joint organizers, state-owned private and individual organizers, we found that the self-management and cultural models are more consistent characteristics of these preschool education groups, and these two characteristics are manifesting The development trend of contemporary international education management.
