冥想在人类历史上有着深刻而久远的意义。冥想从佛教的气功、印度的瑜伽开始,有着上千年的文化底蕴。随着科学对冥想研究的发展,冥想不仅作为一种有效的心理调整的方法,帮助有心理障碍的人,而且可以作为一种独特的运动方法,让不同的人群在不同场合适应不同的情绪状态下自发或有指导地进行,从而达到缓解压力、消除疲劳等目的。在竞技体育中赛前进行积极的冥想训练,有着重要的意义。本文通过探讨冥想在赛前心理调整方面的作用,对其在生理心理方面的影响进行了进一步阐述,指出赛前冥想将会在帮助运动员提高生理心理素质以提高运动成绩发挥重要的作用。
Meditation has profound and far-reaching significance in human history. Meditation from the Buddhist Qigong, India’s yoga began, with thousands of years of cultural heritage. With the development of meditation research, meditation is not only an effective psychological adjustment method to help people with mental disorders, but also can be used as a unique exercise method for different groups of people in different occasions to adapt to different emotional states Under spontaneous or guided to achieve the purpose of relieving stress and eliminating fatigue. It is of great significance to conduct active meditation training in competitive sports. This article further elaborates the physiological and psychological impact of meditation on the psychological adjustment before the game, and points out that meditation before the game plays an important role in helping athletes to improve their physical and psychological qualities to improve their performance.
