针对企业重载发动机再制造决策中成本预测问题,基于重载发动机再制造过程,分析再制造成本的影响因素,采用灰色理论建立基于状态的再制造成本预测模型,在灰色系统预测模型基础上,运用统计粗糙理论建立再制造成本组合预测模型。实例分析证明,组合预测模型较灰色预测模型在精度上有明显的提高,为重载发动机再制造企业的再制造技术应用于成本控制提供理论基础。
Aiming at the cost forecasting problem in remanufacturing remanufacturing of heavy-duty engines in enterprises, based on heavy-duty engine remanufacturing process and analyzing the influencing factors of remanufacturing cost, a state-based remanufacturing cost forecasting model is established based on gray theory. On the basis of gray system forecasting model, Using Statistical Roughness Theory to Establish a Remanufacturing Cost Combination Forecasting Model. The case study shows that the combined forecasting model has a higher accuracy than the gray forecasting model and provides a theoretical basis for the remanufacturing of heavy-duty engine remanufacturing enterprises to be applied to cost control.
