利用正交实验法对Metrohm 794电位滴定仪的实验条件及参数进行优化,提高了对硼酸分析的准确度,加快了实验的响应时间。针对不同浓度范围的硼酸,选用合适浓度的氢氧化钠,确定Metrohm 794的滴定密度、最小增量、电位响应、终点p H等参数的最优水平,可将硼酸的滴定时间降至7分钟,测量误差降至0.2%以内。
The orthogonal experimental method was used to optimize the experimental conditions and parameters of the Metrohm 794 potentiometric titrator, which improved the accuracy of the analysis of boric acid and accelerated the response time of the experiment. For different concentrations of boric acid, the optimal titration density of Metrohm 794, the minimum increment, the potential response, the endpoint p H and so on can be determined by using proper concentration of sodium hydroxide. The titration time of boric acid can be reduced to 7 minutes, Measurement error dropped to 0.2% or less.
