胡总书记在党的十七大报告中要求全党同志特别是领导干部都要“讲党性、重品行、作表率”。政工干部是部队政治工作的一线指挥员、党委决策的参与者和执行者,必须在贯彻落实胡总书记这一要求上切实走在部队前列,为官兵当好表率。一、带头强化政治理论素养,在坚定信仰、保持一致上作表率一是要增强理论武装的紧迫感。政治上的坚定来源于理论上的清醒。
In his report to the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Hu called on all party members, especially leading cadres, to “talk about the Party spirit, emphasize the conduct of trade and conduct the exemplary expression.” Political and military cadres are the first-line commanders of the army’s political work. The participants and executives in decision-making by party committees must earnestly walk at the forefront of the armed forces in implementing the requirements of General Secretary Hu and set a good example for the officers and men. First, to take the lead in strengthening the political and theoretical accomplishments, in firmly believing, to maintain the same as a model for the first to enhance the sense of urgency of the theory of armed forces. Political firmness comes from the theoretical awakening.
