随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展,事业单位必须要重视思想政治工作的开展,充分发挥思想政治工作的积极性。在顺应时代潮流的基础上,不断更新思想理念,努力做好思想政治工作,推动事业单位改革进程,满足社会主义市场经济发展的要求。然而作为事业单位思想政治工作的主体和客体,其思想政治观念直接影响着事业单位工作。本文重点研究了以人为本观念,并将其落实到事业单位日常思想政治工作中,在科学发展观的指导下,树立以人为本的观念,积极发挥以人为本对思想政治工作的促进作用,实现对事业单位整体工作水平的提升意义。
