1引言随着科学技术的发展,高校图书馆在管理理念、管理内容、管理手段等诸多方面发生了实质性变化,传统高校图书馆正逐步向数字化复合型图书馆迈进,服务价值取向正由文献服务、信息服务向着知识服务的方向转变。高校图书馆服务手段和质量的提高最终依赖于学科层次丰富、业务技能精熟的馆员队伍,依赖于图书馆员的综合素质的提高。
1 Introduction With the development of science and technology, the library of colleges and universities has undergone substantial changes in many aspects such as management concept, management content and management means. The traditional university library is gradually moving toward the digital composite library. The service value orientation is changing from the literature Services, information services toward knowledge services in the direction of change. The improvement of the service means and quality of the university library finally depends on the librarians who have rich subjects and mature skills, and depend on the improvement of the overall quality of librarians.
