在多发性硬化(MS)中,异常疲劳的病理生理学尚不清楚。其源于中枢神经系统,可能有一定的神经肌肉因素。作者用经颅磁刺激(TMS)研究行走后腿部肌肉的疲劳。 作者研究了11例MS患者和10名健康人。患者以舒适的步伐行走到有限疲劳发生(7~15分钟后),对照者行走15分钟。在行走前和行走后立刻在头顶行10个相同的磁刺激。表面电极记录单侧(足母)短伸肌(FHB)和胫前肌(TA)动作诱发电位(MEPs)。测定口温,校正MEPs平均面积和间期及中枢运动传导时间(CMCTs)。
In multiple sclerosis (MS), the pathophysiology of abnormal fatigue is unclear. It stems from the central nervous system and may have certain neuromuscular factors. The authors used TMS to study the fatigue of leg muscles after walking. The authors studied 11 MS patients and 10 healthy individuals. Patients walked at a comfortable pace until limited fatigue (after 7 to 15 minutes), and controls walked for 15 minutes. Immediately before and after walking on the head line of 10 identical magnetic stimulation. The surface electrodes recorded unilateral short musculature (FHB) and tibialis anterior (TA) motor evoked potentials (MEPs). The mouth temperature was measured, and the average MEPs area and interphase and CMCTs were corrected.
