Taking Yantai radio station as an example, this article analyzes four major aspects of journalism work in the new era so as to be conducive to maintaining and consolidating its advantages in traditional broadcasting media, finding the advantages of later generations and meeting the challenges of the times, so as to get out of an innovation path.
