随着市场环境的日趋激烈,使得人力资源已经在企业中占据重要位置,且在企业发展过程中发挥了极大的推动作用,而企业之间的竞争也逐渐成为人才之间的竞争。对国有建筑施工企业来说,关系到其生存和发展重大战略新问题便是怎样有效的管理企业人力资源。为此,本文笔者结合自身工作实践,就当前我国建筑施工企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行了简要论述,重点探讨了创新建筑施工企业人力资源管理的措施,旨在增强企业实力,使其获得更大的竞争优势。
With the increasingly fierce market environment, human resources have occupied an important position in the enterprise and have played a significant role in the development of the enterprise. Competition among enterprises has also gradually become the competition among talents. For state-owned construction enterprises, how to effectively manage the human resources of enterprises is a major strategic new issue that concerns their survival and development. For this reason, the author of this article, combined with his own work practice, briefly discusses the existing problems of human resource management in China’s construction enterprises and focuses on the measures to innovate the human resources management of construction enterprises in order to enhance the strength of enterprises and make them more accessible Big competitive advantage.
