目的观察唾液污染对口腔正畸托粘接剂剪切强度的影响。方法收集该院2012年10月-2013年1月因正畸原因拔出的前磨牙50颗,分别在唾液污染湿润、干燥条件下粘接正畸托槽,比较唾液污染湿润、干燥条件对口腔正畸托粘接剂剪切强度及牙面残留粘接剂指数(ARI)的影响。结果与干燥条件下比较,唾液污染湿润条件下口腔正畸托树脂加强型粘接剂剪切强度明显降低,ARI评分明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唾液污染可降低树脂加强型粘接剂的粘接强度,粘接托槽时尽量避免唾液污染,对临床应用有一定的临床指导意义。
Objective To observe the effect of saliva contamination on the shear strength of dental orthodontic adhesive. Methods A total of 50 premolar teeth extracted from the hospital from October 2012 to January 2013 due to orthodontics were collected. Orthodontic brackets were respectively adhered to the saliva in wet and dry conditions. The saliva was contaminated wet and the oral cavity Orthodontic adhesive shear strength and residual adhesive surface index (ARI). Results Compared with the dry condition, the shear strength of the orthodontic resin-reinforced adhesive under saliva-wetted condition was significantly lower and the ARI score was significantly higher (all P <0.05). Conclusion Saliva contamination can reduce the adhesive strength of the resin-reinforced adhesive, try to avoid saliva contamination when the bracket is glued, and has certain clinical significance for clinical application.
