合同管理是农村经营管理的一项新内容,直接关系到生产责任制的巩固和完善。为了维护合同信誉,保证合同兑现,本溪县经营管理局主要抓了以下几方面工作:1.对基层干部和群众进行经常性的合同法教育,使之提高对合同法的认识,自觉地执行合同。对合同兑现好的单位和个人进行表扬鼓励,以带动群众兑现合同。泉水公社经营管理员经常走访调查,掌握甲乙双方思想情况和经济情况,促进合同兑现。这个公社1982年合同兑现率达91％,1983年达97％以上。
