目的 :尝试减少伤害项目在吸毒人群中开展的可接受性、可行性及效果。方法 :以参与性方法 (Participatorymethods)培训戒毒者中的自愿者为同伴教育者 ,之后由同伴教育者开展同伴教育 (Peeredu cation)活动和参与性的交流支持活动 (IEC)。专业人员定期对项目进行督导并开展个别心理咨询、集体心理咨询等支持活动。结果 :60 %以上1的人认为减少伤害项目可接受且有必要开展。项目增加了目标人群在艾滋病和药物滥用方面的科学知识 ,同时提高了戒毒者减少伤害的技能以及部分的个人和社会技能。项目亦能改变目标人群的部分高危险行为。结论 :在吸毒人群中开展减少伤害项目是可接受和有效的
Purpose: To try to reduce the acceptability, feasibility, and effectiveness of injury programs among drug users. Methods: Participants were trained as peer educators using participatory methods to train drug addicts, followed by peer educators to carry out peer education activities and participatory communication support activities (IEC). Professionals regularly supervise the project and carry out support activities such as individual psychological counseling and collective psychological counseling. Results: More than 60 percent of people thought that the harm reduction program was acceptable and necessary. The project has increased the scientific knowledge of target populations in HIV/AIDS and drug abuse, and has also increased the skills of drug addicts to reduce harm, as well as part of their personal and social skills. The project can also change some high-risk behaviors of the target population. Conclusion : It is acceptable and effective to carry out harm reduction programs among drug users
