社会突飞猛进的发展,使人们越来越认识到教育的重要性,也给学校管理带来了很大的挑战。学校的管理制度已经不适应时代发展的需要,特别是现在创新课程的提出,更需要我们及时改变旧的管理模式,创新学校管理模式,以适应时代的潮流,从多方面进行教育改革。以各项有利资源为条件,创新学校管理,完善学校教育工作,实现学校组织教学工作的目的,构建和谐校园。
The rapid development of society has brought people’s increasing recognition of the importance of education and brought great challenges to school management. The management system of the school is no longer suitable for the needs of the development of the times. In particular, the present innovation curriculum requires us to change the old management mode in time to innovate the school management mode so as to adapt to the trend of the times and to carry out education reform in many aspects. To various favorable resources as the conditions, innovate school management, improve school education, the school organization and teaching purposes, to build a harmonious campus.
