以高速鋼(P9、P18)作刃部,以碳鋼(45,40X)作柄部的軸状刀具,是采用对焊方法制造的。刀具对焊必須采用閃光焊法,这已經被大家所公認,但是在預热上(即对焊直徑φ在12公厘以上的毛坯)存在着二种方式:一种是閃光預热法,另一种是电阻預热法,实际上就形成了两种对焊方法,即閃光預热閃光焊及电阻預热閃光焊。閃光预热閃光焊是把二个要焊的毛坯通以电流,来回撞击数次,到达一定温度后,推移动板使之閃光,最后頂锻。电阻预热閃光焊是将二个对焊的毛坯接触后压紧不动,电门連续开关数次,到达一定温度后,推移动板使之閃光,最后顶鍛。从实际生产中可以看出,前
