介绍了一种采用YAG固体激光器对抽油泵整体泵筒激光表面淬火的新方法,该方法将管内机器人技术和激光淬火技术相结合,形成了方便可靠的泵简激光处理系统,并用该系统进行了激光淬火工艺实验,结果表明,经处理过的泵筒表面硬度和耐磨性均有明显提高,找出了利用该系统对泵简进行激光淬火理想的工艺参数.
A new method of laser surface quenching of pump barrel with YAG solid state laser was introduced. This method combines the in-pipe robot technology and laser quenching technology to form a convenient and reliable pump laser processing system. Laser quenching process experiments show that the treated cylinder surface hardness and wear resistance have significantly improved, to find out the use of the system to pump Jane laser quenching the ideal process parameters.
