介绍了在温度、离心负荷及气动负荷作用下涡轮转子叶片叶冠接触面紧度选择及挤压应力计算方法。以某机低压涡轮转子叶片为例,从叶片减振及提高寿命综合考虑,用有限元分析程序计算分析,对锯齿形叶冠接触面紧度进行最佳选择。
The selection of the tightness of contact surface of turbine rotor blade and the calculation method of compressive stress under the action of temperature, centrifugal load and aerodynamic load are introduced. Taking the low-pressure turbine rotor blade of a certain machine as an example, considering the vibration reduction and life expectancy of the blade, finite element analysis program is used to calculate and analyze the tightness of the serrated blade crown contact surface.
