随着教学改革不断推进,教改实践不断取得新进展,多种形式的教学模式应运而生。其中大部分教学模式要求教师在课堂教学时,套用预先规定的路数,按照一定的程序进行教学,其关注点是所用模式是否完整,却很少关注最后的教学效果以及是否达到预期教学目标,更没有考虑教师之间的具体的情况差异。于是随之而来的状况是,形成千人一面,异口同声的局面,其教学设计、教学过程、思维方式、语言表达方式基本相似,人与人之间重复,课与课之间
