目的探讨槲皮素对脑胶质瘤大鼠Akt和CREB表达的影响。方法雌性Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为3组,即假手术组、模型组和槲皮素治疗组,每组10只。建立大鼠C6胶质瘤模型,于接种后17 d处死各组大鼠,采用免疫组织化学法和Western blot法检测肿瘤组织Akt和CREB蛋白表达水平的变化。结果与假手术组相比,模型组大鼠脑组织Akt和CREB的蛋白表达的平均光密度值显著升高,P<0.01;与模型组相比,槲皮素治疗组大鼠脑组织Akt和CREB的蛋白表达的平均光密度值显著降低,P<0.01。结论槲皮素能够降低脑胶质瘤大鼠Akt和CREB的表达。
Objective To investigate the effect of quercetin on the expression of Akt and CREB in glioma rats. Methods Thirty female Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, model group and quercetin treatment group, with 10 rats in each group. The rat C6 glioma model was established and the rats in each group were sacrificed 17 days after inoculation. The expressions of Akt and CREB in tumor tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot. Results Compared with the sham operation group, the average optical density of Akt and CREB expression in the model group was significantly increased (P <0.01). Compared with the model group, Akt and The mean optical density of protein expression of CREB decreased significantly, P <0.01. Conclusions Quercetin can reduce the expression of Akt and CREB in glioma rats.
