以某钢厂的鱼雷罐烘烤装置的控制系统工程项目为背景,采用浙江中控技术股份有限公司自主研发的GCS-G5系统,实现对鱼雷罐车大修以及中修烘烤的自动化控制。首先介绍了鱼雷罐烘烤装置的工程概况和工艺介绍,DCS系统的配置和功能,以及主要控制回路的设计与实现控制方案。重点介绍烘烤装置温度控制优化设计,采用改进型双交叉限幅的控制策略和空燃比偏差补偿策略,增加系统安全性和可靠性,并且提升整个烘烤装置的节能性。
Taking the control system project of torpedo can baking equipment of a steel mill as the background, the GCS-G5 system independently developed by Zhejiang Zhongkong Technology Co., Ltd. was used to realize the automatic control over torpedo tank overhaul and intermediate repair baking. First introduced the torpedo cans baking equipment project overview and process introduction, DCS system configuration and function, as well as the main control loop design and implementation of control programs. The optimal design of the temperature control of baking equipment is mainly introduced. The improved double crossover limiting control strategy and air-fuel ratio deviation compensation strategy are introduced to increase the system safety and reliability and enhance the energy saving of the whole baking device.
