移动硅谷创新中心二期项目7#办公楼为钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒结构。为了获得底部大堂大空间,需要在2层顶部进行局部托柱转换,转换体系上部结构为22层,转换跨度为13.5m。结合概念设计和计算分析,对转换部位的结构布置进行了方案比选,最终采用型钢混凝土叠层斜腹桁架方案。计算表明,叠层斜腹桁架传力途径简短明确,转换效率高,并能调节结构整体竖向刚度,具有良好的抗震性能。还介绍了本工程的模型分析、杆件设计等,并对节点连接等构造措施进行了探讨。
Mobile Silicon Valley Innovation Center Phase II Project # 7 office building is a reinforced concrete frame - the core tube structure. In order to obtain large space at the bottom of the lobby, partial pallets need to be converted at the top of the second floor. The superstructure of the conversion system is 22 stories and the conversion span is 13.5m. Combined with conceptual design and calculation analysis, the structure comparison of the conversion site was carried out. Finally, the plan of the slab girder with steel-concrete laminated slab was adopted. The calculation shows that the transmission path of the oblique diagonal truss is short and clear, the conversion efficiency is high, and the overall vertical stiffness of the structure can be adjusted, which has good seismic performance. Also introduced the model analysis of the project, rod design, and construction measures such as node connection were discussed.
