近年来,磷酸银(Ag_3PO_4)已成为十分热门的可见光催化剂,在未来太阳能利用、环境治理等领域具有潜在的应用价值。通过与其他半导体构筑Z型机制异质结是一种增强Ag_3PO_4稳定性的普适方法,它在增强光生载流子分离的同时,保留Ag_3PO_4的强光氧化能力。综述了Ag_3PO_4Z型异质结构光催化领域的研究进展,介绍了Z型机制的基本特征、工作原理、结构设计及合成方法等,通过引入Au、Ag纳米颗粒以及石墨烯纳米片作为中间桥梁增强光生载流子Z型转移的策略;分析了该领域存在的一些问题,提出今后研究的对策。
In recent years, silver phosphate (Ag_3PO_4) has become a very popular visible light catalyst, which has potential applications in the fields of solar energy utilization and environmental treatment in the future. It is a universal method to enhance the stability of Ag_3PO_4 by constructing a Z-type heterojunction with other semiconductors, which preserves the strong photooxidation ability of Ag_3PO_4 while enhancing the photocarrier separation. The research progress of Ag_3PO_4Z heterostructures in the field of photocatalysis was reviewed. The basic characteristics, working principle, structural design and synthesis methods of Z-type mechanism were introduced. By introducing Au, Ag nanoparticles and graphene nanosheets as intermediate bridge, Carrier Z-transfer strategy; analysis of some of the problems in the field, put forward countermeasures for future research.
