《中华人民共和国票据法》已由八届人大常委会第13次会议于1995年5月10日通过,并于1996年1月1日起施行,全文共分总则、汇票、本票、支票、涉外票据的法律适用、法律责任、附则等7章111条。我国《票据法》的颁布和实施标志着我国的票据活动开始纳入法制化管理。对于维护票据当事人的合法权益,保障票据的正常使用和流通,维护社会主义市场秩序来说,我国《票据法》无疑是一部重要的经济立法。本文就笔者学习这部《票据法》后对其中的几个问题谈些个人的认识。

This article on the author after studying this “bill method” on some of these issues to talk about some personal understanding.
