The analysis and evaluation of the status quo of the leadership structure and reserve personnel structure of large and medium-sized enterprises is based on the Survey Form for the Basic Situation of Members of the Leading Groups and Reserves of Large and Medium-sized Enterprises in Inner Mongolia. It covers 142 large and medium-sized enterprises in the region (including 41 key enterprises and 20 large enterprises). The investigation of the leadership of the enterprise (group) and its reserve staff showed that: As the pace of reform and development of state-owned enterprises continues to accelerate, the overall structure of the leadership and reserve staff of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises across the region is compared.
