伴随政府向服务型社会转变以及承接政府社会服务项目的要求,工青妇等群团组织正在由单纯承担组织动员职能向管理职能和服务职能转变。具有共同特点的工青妇面临资源整合、联动共建的必然性选择;由于工青妇等重点群团组织在组织性质、工作对象、工作内容等方面的共性特质和交错重叠性等实际情况,工青妇等重点群团组织联动共建极强的具有可行性。
With the government’s transformation into a service-oriented society and undertaking government social service projects, the mass organizations such as young and old workers and the like are shifting from simply assuming organizational mobilization functions to management functions and service functions. The young and middle-aged women with common characteristics are faced with the inevitable choice of resource integration and linkage construction. Due to the common characteristics and overlapping overlap of the key group organizations such as young women and men in their nature of organization, work object, work content, etc. Youth and other key groups and organizations to build a strong linkage is feasible.
