教师是学校宝贵的资源,提高青年教师学历层次和业务能力是人才培养工作的必然要求,也是师资队伍建设面临的一大重要课题。学校应从实际出发,鼓励老师攻读研究生硕士学位,并依靠感情、事业、待遇留住高学历层次人才。
Teachers are precious resources of the school. Improving the academic qualifications and professional ability of young teachers is an inevitable requirement for personnel training. It is also a major issue that teachers face. Schools should proceed from reality and encourage their teachers to pursue a master’s degree in postgraduate studies. Relying on their feelings, career and treatment, they should retain highly educated personnel.
