自1995年山东省开始大面积栽培双孢菇以来,发展迅速,一年一个台阶。双孢菇生产的发展,增加了农民的收入;加工贸易为国家增加了外汇;城乡人民的菜篮子里又增加了一种营养、美味、保健、无污染等多功能兼备的食品。双孢菇的生产还消化了大量的麦秸、稻草、玉米秸等作物秸秆,净化了环境,减轻了因燃烧秸秆而造成的大气污染。秸秆出菇后的菌糠,作为有机肥还田后,增加了土壤肥力,改良了土壤,形成了农业的良性循环。双孢菇生产的发展带来的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益,愈来愈受到广大菇农的欢迎。李春亭省长在政府工作报告中,把发展食用菌生产确定为发展特色农业、高效农业、创汇农业的重点产业之一。省委、省政府的正确决策,将把山东省双孢菇的生产推向一个崭新的发展阶段。

In his government work report, Governor Li Chunting identified the development of edible mushroom production as one of the key industries for developing characteristic agriculture, efficient agriculture and foreign exchange earning agriculture. The correct decision-making by the provincial party committee and government will push the production of Agaricus bisporus in Shandong Province to a brand new stage of development.
