高频电子食品加热器自动烹调所采用的传感器,目前主要有检测食品重量的重量传感器、直接检测食品内部温度的温度探针、间接检测食品表面温度的红外传感器、检测食品挥发物的气体传感器,以及被视为当今主流传感器的检测食品挥发水蒸气的湿度传感器等。用湿度传感器进行控制的基本原理是:食品加热所产生的水蒸气与食品的种类和数量之间有一定的曲线关系,所以通过检测食品的水蒸气就能实现自动烹调。随着上述各种传感器的开发,高频电子食品加热器的自动烹调功能取得了长足进步,现在正进一步开发更高级的自动烹调系统。
