心理障碍是心理活动中出现的轻度创伤,指由不良刺激引起的心理异常现象。音乐学习与表演是一种复杂的心理活动过程,受多种心理因素如感知、注意、想象、情感、意志、音乐思维及个性心理特点等等的影响。在学习与表演过程中,指导者要提高学习者的心理素质,使学生增强自信心,排除与学习与表演心理状态不相符的不利因素和心理负担,自如地控制和支配自己的动作,以保证学习与表演活动的成功。
