随着我国社会经济的持续发展,我国人民对于石油等能源的需求日益增长,在市场环境的推动下,石油企业的发展进程不断加快,多种科学技术被广泛应用于油田开采过程中,对于各种基础设备的应用也得到了合理应用。其中抽油机作为油田开采的重要基础设备,一旦抽油机在运行过程中出现故障问题,不仅会影响到抽油作业的正常进行,在很大程度上也会影响到整个石油开采作业的稳定进行。鉴于此,本文就针对抽油机常见机械故障的诊断与排除做一些分析,希望能为抽油机的稳定运行提供有效参考价值。

The application of basic equipment has also been a reasonable application. The pumping unit is an important basic equipment for oilfield exploitation. Once the pumping unit breaks down during operation, it will not only affect the normal operation of the pumping operation, but also affect the stability of the entire oil extraction operation to a large extent get on. In view of this, this article analyzes some common mechanical faults in pumping units and makes some analysis in the hope of providing an effective reference value for the stable operation of pumping units.
