研究丹参脂质体对染石英尘大鼠肺纤维化病变的影响及其对粉尘所致肺泡巨噬细胞 (AM )氧化性损伤的保护作用。结果表明 ,药物组肺纤维化程度明显低于石英组 ,染尘后60天药物组以Ⅰ、Ⅱ级结节为主 ,而石英组以Ⅲ级结节为主 ,药物组全肺胶原蛋白含量与石英组之比为 0 5 77。药物组 3种抗氧化物 (SOD、GSH—Px、GSH)均未受到明显抑制 ,细胞内钙稳态保持恒定。表明丹参脂质体有较好的抑制尘肺纤维化病变的作用 ,与其抗氧化性损伤、维持细胞内钙稳态有关。
To study the effects of Danshen liposomes on pulmonary fibrosis in rats exposed to quartz dust and its protective effect on the oxidative damage of alveolar macrophages (AM) induced by dust. The results showed that the degree of pulmonary fibrosis in the drug group was significantly lower than that in the quartz group, the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were mainly in the drug group 60 days after dusting, and the grade Ⅲ nodules in the quartz group were the major ones. The ratio to quartz is 0 5 77. The three antioxidants (SOD, GSH-Px, GSH) in the drug group were not significantly inhibited, and the intracellular calcium homeostasis remained constant. Danshen liposomes showed better inhibition of pneumoconiosis lesions, and its anti-oxidative damage, to maintain intracellular calcium homeostasis.
