本文采用HEH(EH)P错流萃取,富集高纯氧化钇中微量稀土杂质的化学光谱法,测定La-Ho等九个稀土元素(Eu除外)。La-Sm的富集系数为1—0.9;Gd-Ho的富集系数为0 .8—0.16。稀土杂质总量的测定下限8.5ppm。制成光谱样品前的整个操作可在4—6小时内完成。测定的变动系数为6.1—17.7%。加入2ppm稀土杂质的回收率为87—115%,加入5ppm的回收率为98.7—110.6%。本方法可用于高纯Y_2O_3生产的控制分析和产品分析。
In this paper, HEH (EH) P cross-flow extraction, enrichment of trace impurities in high purity yttrium oxide chemical spectroscopy, determination of La-Ho nine rare earth elements (except Eu). La-Sm enrichment coefficient of 1-0.9; Gd-Ho enrichment coefficient of 0. 8-0.16. The lower limit of determination of the total amount of rare earth impurities 8.5ppm. The entire operation before making a spectral sample can be completed in 4-6 hours. The measured coefficient of variation was 6.1-17.7%. The recovery of 2ppm rare earth impurities was 87-115%, and the recovery of 5ppm was 98.7-110.6%. The method can be used for the control analysis and product analysis of high-purity Y_2O_3 production.
