中国饮食文化博大精深,从食材、调料到整个烹制过程,无一不讲究。要烹饪出极致的美味,食材起了决定性作用。食材不仅要优质,还要新鲜。然而,事无绝对。大多数食材是越新鲜越好,但是有部分食品新鲜反而不安全,甚至会产生危害,值得引起大家注意。新鲜牛奶有报道称,一些地方出现了喝刚挤出的鲜牛奶的现象。农民牵着奶牛上街现挤现售,颇受市民欢迎。这都敢喝?大家不是一直对原奶残留抗生素不满吗?
