继任者是否认同企业的内部传承、是否愿意接过企业的重任是家族企业能否成功传承的关键。本研究结合工作价值观理论,通过对家族企业继任者的大量问卷调查,统计分析发现:(1)新生代企业继任者工作价值观对继任意愿具有积极的影响;(2)新生代企业继任者工作价值观对家族企业成功传承具有积极的影响;(3)继任意愿对家族企业成功传承具有积极的影响;(4)继任意愿在新生代企业继任者工作价值观和家族企业成功传承之间起到部分中介作用。
Whether the successor agrees with the internal heritage of the enterprise and whether it is willing to take over the important task of the enterprise is the key to the successful inheritance of the family enterprise. Based on a large number of questionnaires and success stories of the successors of the family business, this study finds that: (1) the succession values of successors in the new generation of enterprises have a positive impact on the willingness to succeed; (2) the working values of the successors of the new generation of enterprises (3) Succession willingness has a positive impact on the successful succession of family business; (4) Succession willingness plays an intermediary role between succession of work values of successors in the new generation of enterprises and successful inheritance of family-owned enterprises .
