目的:比较Beagle犬和杂种犬制作的急性心肌梗死模型,以及Beagle犬制备的心梗模型对药物干预是否敏感。方法:采用麻醉犬冠状动脉前降支结扎制备心肌梗死模型,观察心脏的形态学变化,测定犬冠状动脉前降支暴露的动脉长度及心脏系数;描记心外膜电图(∑ST,N-ST),计算心肌缺血程度;硝基四氮唑蓝(N-BT)组织化学染色方法测定心肌梗死面积。结果:Beagle犬在∑ST,N-ST和心梗面积指标上与杂种犬比较均无显著性差异;Beagle犬合心爽组的心梗面积显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),∑ST和N-ST指标有明显的降低趋势,但与Beagle犬模型组比较无统计学差异。Beagle犬冠脉分支清晰规则,暴露的动脉长度较长,便于制备心肌梗死模型且脏器系数差异较小,杂种犬冠脉分支排列不规则,暴露的动脉长短不一,个体差异较大。结论:Beagle犬较杂种犬在心梗模型的制备上有一定的优势,且心梗模型对药物干预敏感。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the acute myocardial infarction model made by Beagle dogs and mongrel dogs and whether the myocardial infarction model prepared by Beagle dogs is sensitive to drug intervention. Methods: The model of myocardial infarction was established by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery in anesthetized dogs. Morphological changes of the heart were observed. The length of the artery and cardiac coefficient of the anterior descending coronary artery were measured. The electrocardiogram (ΣST, N- ST). The extent of myocardial ischemia was calculated. Nitric tetrazolium blue (N-BT) histochemical staining was used to determine the area of myocardial infarction. Results: Beagle dogs showed no significant difference in ΣST, N-ST and myocardial infarction size compared with mongrel dogs. Beagle dogs were significantly lower in myocardial infarction area (P <0.05, P <0.01), Σ ST and N-ST indicators decreased significantly, but no significant difference compared with Beagle model group. Beagle dog coronary artery branch clear rules, the exposed artery length is longer, easy to prepare myocardial infarction model and organ coefficient difference is small, the hybrid canine coronary branches irregular arrangement, the length of the exposed artery varies, the individual differences. Conclusion: Beagle dogs have more advantages in the preparation of myocardial infarction model than canine dogs, and the myocardial infarction model is sensitive to drug intervention.
