目的对基本药物制度背景下某市村医处方用药情况进行综合评价。方法借鉴WHO的合理用药评价指标体系,采用熵权秩和比法对山东省村医处方用药进行评价。结果该市村医处方用药合理性总体水平距国际参考水平有一定差距,82.6%的村医处方用药评价为“中”或“下”。结论该市村医处方用药合理性水平总体不高,有关部门需加强管理,促进农村地区的合理用药。
Objective To carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the prescription medication of a village doctor in a city under the background of the basic drug system. Methods Based on WHO’s rational drug evaluation index system, we evaluated the prescriptions of village doctors in Shandong province by using rank-sum entropy method. Results The overall level of prescription medication rationality of village doctors in the city was somewhat lower than the international reference level. 82.6% of the prescriptions prescribed by village doctors were evaluated as “middle” or “lower”. Conclusion The rationality of prescriptions for village doctors in the city is generally not high, and relevant departments need to strengthen management to promote the rational use of drugs in rural areas.
