目的 掌握儿童少年发育规律 ,选择制作合适的眼镜。方法 用钢板尺和HERTEL三棱镜式眼球突出计 ,对开封市 5~ 17岁在校学生共 2 60 0例 ,进行了瞳距、眶距与眼球突出度的测量 ,并按年龄、性别作统计对比分析。结果 瞳距的总均值为 5 7.3mm± 4.4mm ,最小瞳距为 43mm ,最大瞳距为 69mm ;眶距总均值为 93mm± 6.8mm ,最小眶距为64mm ,最大眶距为 113mm ;双眼球突出度总均值为 15 .4mm± 1.8mm ,最小眼球突出度为 9mm ,最大眼球突出度为2 2mm。结论 5~ 17岁儿童少年的瞳距、眶距、眼球突出度随年龄增长而增加。
Objective To grasp the laws of children and adolescents, choose to make suitable glasses. Methods Using a steel ruler and HERTEL prism prisms, a total of 260 students aged 5 to 17 years old in Kaifeng City were measured. The pupil distance, orbital distance and eyeball protrusion were measured and compared by age and sex analysis. Results The total mean interpupillary distance was 5.33 ± 4.4mm, the minimum interpupillary distance was 43mm and the maximum interpupillary distance was 69mm. The total mean orbital distance was 93mm ± 6.8mm, the minimum orbit distance was 64mm and the maximum orbital distance was 113mm. The total mean projection value is 15 .4mm ± 1.8mm, the minimum eyeball protrusion is 9mm, the maximum eyeball protrusion is 22mm. Conclusions The pupillary distance, orbital distance and eyeball protrusion of children aged 5 to 17 years increased with age.
