人文关怀是新医改对医院优质服务的要求,通过在医院建立人文关怀氛围,能够有效提高医院服务质量,构建和谐的医患关系,促进医院发展。文章首先对医院人文关怀及其特点分析,认为人文关怀主要通过对患者躯体的关怀和心理的关怀两方面体现。在此基础上,结合工作实践,从打造人性化医院就诊环境、加强医生和患者的沟通、加强医护人员人文关怀培训、建立人文关怀的考核制度等方面提出了相关建议。
Humane care is the new medical reform to the hospital quality service requirements, through the establishment of humane care atmosphere in the hospital, which can effectively improve the quality of hospital services, build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and promote the development of the hospital. The article first analyzes the humane care in the hospital and its characteristics, and believes that the humane care is mainly manifested through the care of the body and the care of the patients. On this basis, combined with work practices, we put forward some suggestions on how to create a humane hospital environment, strengthen communication between doctors and patients, strengthen humane care training for medical staff, and establish a humane care examination system.
