农村基层管理人才培养是新农村建设的核心工程。本文结合泸州职业技术学院与泸县县委联合开展的“订单式”培养本土化大学生村官人才的办学实践,以首届“泸县村官班”109名学员培养为案例,结合高职教育和成人教育的特点,研究欠发达地区大学生村官人才培养的创新模式,为四川乃至西部地区新农村建设基层管理人才培养提供借鉴。
The cultivation of rural grassroots management personnel is the core project of new rural construction. This article combines Luzhou Vocational and Technical College and Lu County Committee jointly carried out “Order ” to cultivate local college students village officials practice, with the first “Lu Village official class ” 109 students training as a case, combined with high Vocational education and adult education characteristics of undergraduate students in less developed regions to train innovative model for the training of grass-roots management personnel in new rural areas in Sichuan and western regions to provide reference.
