随着经济的发展,各国间交流频繁,公共卫生突发事件也在增多.本文阐述了公共卫生的定义,探究了公共卫生突发事件标准体系构建的原则和流程,对标准体系的需求进行分析,并概述了标准体系的构建,提出了标准体系实施建议.

本文通过分析高校学报出版发展的现状,指出了其面临的主要问题及困难,从内容设置、办刊形式和出版形式等方面给出了高校出版应对新的发展形式可以采取的对策.
皖北剪纸历史悠久,有着丰富的文化内涵,兼容了南方剪纸纤巧秀逸和北方剪纸浑厚苍劲的艺术特色.然而,随着时代的发展和外来文化的冲击,皖北剪纸作为皖北地区特色民俗文化形式正在没落.把平面设计、环境设计、地方产品设计融入传统的剪纸艺术中,既有利于传承与发扬悠久的传统文化,也有利于为现代设计注入深厚的文化底蕴.
