经皮血氧监测仪(Transcutaneous oxymonitor)测定正常新生儿血氧分压国内尚未见报道。本文测定了30例正常新生儿的经皮血氧分压(TcPO_2),男12例,女18例,按Apgar评分法均在10分以上。平均日龄为6.27天(2小时~25天),平均体重3171,7g(2500~3900g)。仪器为美国COROMEIRICS公司生产的NEO-TKAK~(TM)515型新生儿监护仪。操作时平均室温26.5℃,相对湿度58.5%,平均大气压101.5kPa(761.2mmHg)。待测新生儿平卧于小床上,在喂奶后30min,安静状态下监测。每例连续测30min。11例同时取股动脉血,用美国CORNING公司制造的178pH/血氧分析仪测定动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)。
Transcutaneous oxymonitor measurement of normal neonatal blood oxygen partial pressure has not been reported in the country. In this paper, TcPO_2 was measured in 30 normal newborns, including 12 males and 18 females, all of whom were above 10 points according to the Apgar score. The average age of 6.27 days (2 hours to 25 days), the average body weight 3171,7 g (2500 ~ 3900g). Instrument for the United States COROMEIRICS company NEO-TKAK ~ (TM) 515 neonatal monitor. Operating average room temperature 26.5 ℃, relative humidity 58.5%, the average atmospheric pressure 101.5kPa (761.2mmHg). The newborn to be measured lying on a small bed, 30min after feeding, quiet state monitoring. Each case for 30min continuous measurement. Eleven patients also took femoral arterial blood, and the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO_2) was measured with a 178pH / oximeter manufactured by Corning Incorporated in the United States.
