目的:探究优质的护理服务理念对手术室护理质量的影响。方法:选取2012~2015年在浙江省舟山医院进行手术的2780例患者为研究对象。近几年中浙江省舟山医院已全面实施优质护理,选择其中的1390例患者为对照组。而另1390例为观察组,根据浙江省舟山医院手术室情况进行改进后的针对性护理,包括优质的术前、术中及术后护理。比较分析两组患者的满意度情况及护理差错事件发生率情况。结果:观察组患者的患者满意度为97.98%,显著高于对照组的90.93%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理差错发生率0.07%,显著低于对照组的1.01%(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可显著强化医护人员的服务意识和责任感,可有效降低护理差错发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective: To explore the impact of high-quality nursing service on the quality of operating room care. Methods: 2780 patients who underwent surgery in Zhoushan Hospital of Zhejiang Province from 2012 to 2015 were selected as the study objects. In recent years, Zhoushan Hospital in Zhejiang Province has implemented the full implementation of quality care, of which 1390 patients were selected as the control group. While the other 1390 cases were in the observation group. According to the operation room of Zhoushan Hospital in Zhejiang Province, we improved the targeted nursing, including high-quality preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients satisfaction and the incidence of nursing error events. Results: The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.98%, significantly higher than that of the control group (90.93%, P <0.05). The incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was 0.07%, significantly lower than that of the control group (1.01% ). Conclusion: Quality nursing services can significantly enhance the service awareness and responsibility of health care workers, which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing errors and improve patient satisfaction.
