石油企业作为国家经济命脉的能源企业,在重组改制前,由于成员单位在管理体制、文化理念、生产经营方式、收入分配等方面存在一定的区别和差异,产生了一系列矛盾和问题。随着石油企业重组改制的不断深入,一些新情况和新问题直接或者间接地影响着员工的思想,抑制着员工主人翁作用的发挥,也制约着企业的健康发展。所以,石油企业思想工作提出创新机制,从而增强企业的凝聚力
