沙钢炼铁厂现有3座2 500 m3高炉,每座高炉配备3座内燃式热风炉,送风温度约1 180℃。为提高风温及现有热风炉改造做准备,决定每座高炉增加一座顶燃式热风炉。改造后,每座高炉配备4座热风炉,采用交叉并联的送风制度,送风温度1 250℃。
Sha Steel Iron Works existing 3 2 500 m3 blast furnace, each blast furnace equipped with three internal combustion stove, supply air temperature of about 1 180 ℃. In order to improve the air temperature and the preparation of the existing hot stove, it is decided to add a top-burning hot stove for each blast furnace. After the transformation, each blast furnace is equipped with 4 hot blast stoves, with a cross ventilation system in parallel with a supply air temperature of 1 250 ℃.
