电解水制氢时,每天开机前,都要给电解槽加入一定数量的去离子水。目前在使用离子交换纯水器时存在一些问题。如将纯水器的入水口直接用胶管套在自来水笼头上,这样纯水器中的水压会时大、时小,特别是自来水供应不够正常的地方,这种现象尤为突出,当水压过大时,纯水器的塑料壳容易破裂。为解决这一问题,延长离子交换纯水器的使用寿命,减轻劳动强度,建议:采用静水稳压法给纯水器加水。具体做法如下:
