目前,国内许多企业为了增强生产应变能力,引进了价值数千万元的龙门或落地式大型数控镗铣床,但由于各种原因,这些机床使用情况不尽人意。投资大、效益低这一矛盾比较突出。我厂在使用价值3000万元的龙门式五面加工中心SL242的过程中,总结出了一些成功的经验。一在管理体制上简化环节,成立了数控管理小组,全面负责SL242的工作,体制运行灵活。二充分发挥技术人员的作用。SL242是许多高新技术的集成,要求高素质的管理与技术人才,我们依靠技术人员将管理与技术合二为一。三重视人才的培养,为SL242的使用奠定人才基础。四
