激励机制的完善和改进 1、激励效率分析 所谓激励效率,是指企业组织为进行有效激励而进行的投入与所获收益的比率,在激励成本一定的条件下,也可以认为是激励机制对员工激励作用的大小。由于激励是由作为主体的企业组织与作为客体的企业员工共同参与并不断进行收益再选择的过程,因而,只有从动态角度分析双方作为有限理性经济人的行为,完善激励机制,才能真正实现企业制度建设对员工的激励,有效提高激励的效率。
