本临床应用研究表明:米非司酮配伍利凡诺中期引产方案,从利凡诺注入到宫缩发动的间隔时间、从宫缩发动到胎儿排出的间隔时间、阴道出血量均少于利凡诺的中期药物引产方案;米非司酮配伍利凡诺的中期引产方案胎物残留发生率明显小于单纯采用利凡诺的中期引产方案。表明米非司酮配伍利凡诺的中期引产方案的中期药物引产效果优于单纯采用利凡诺的中期引产方案,有极大的临床推广意义。
The clinical studies have shown that: mifepristone Rivaroxol mid-term induction of labor program, from rivanol into the uterine contractions to start the interval from the uterine contractions to the fetal discharge interval, less vaginal bleeding than Lee Van Connaught mid-term drug induced labor program; mifepristone with rivanopril mid-term labor induction of fetal residual rate was significantly less than the simple use of rivanol medium-term induction of labor program. Show mifepristone Rivaroxol mid-term induction of labor induction of medium-term drug induction effect is superior to the simple use of rivanol medium induction of labor program has great clinical significance.
