今年国庆长假期间,我国推出假期交通新政,包括机场高速和桥梁、隧道在内的收费公路,在假期免费通行。这本是一件大好事,不过,汹涌的车流让各大城市的主要进出城高速路变身停车场。这也引起民间一波有关高速路管理的大讨论。那么,高速路的管理怎样才能更科学?怎样收费才合理?在这方面各国又都有哪些法规呢?
During the National Day holiday this year, China introduced the new policy for holiday traffic, including toll highways such as the airport highways, bridges and tunnels, and free passage during the holidays. This is a great thing, but turbulent traffic has turned major inbound and outbound expressways in major cities into parking lots. This also caused a wave of private discussion about freeway management. So how can the management of expressways be more scientific? How should charges be justified?
